Very interesting, Serena! I have not met Cyrus but have written him and they are of the one of the Uible lines from Cincinnati; you may have met his grandfather, Howard, who was at Cincy PL and for whom he is named (Cyrus Howard Uible). I need to do a little research as his wife's middle name is Dandridge and I believe that name is also in mother's family tree. Small world.
Looking forward to picking up RUK and Sid tonight in Atlanta.

We are up and checking the blog too......breakfast in Arizona, supper in Georgia.....with some little bags and boxes inbetween. I did take the time to check out the UIBLE store. I want to surprise them and order something! The shower is awaiting me........got to smell good for those security folks you know. Though maybe if we didn't we would get a row to ourselves on the plane! SId is now asking how he can post on blog??? Is there a limit ever as to space?

Oh, MV - thanks for the information about Cyrus . . . can very vaguely recall meeting Howard Uible - maybe as recently (?) as Grandma's 90th birthday.

MV was thinking you were up very early this morning, but then remembered the three hour time difference. Am sending a few muffins with Roberta and Sid. Not sure if the Crowsons will like them, but they are edible - if nothing else the birds can get a treat.

On others' blogs I've seen pages and pages of entries and months and months (actually, years and years) some with lots of pictures - which is what really takes up a lot of space. No, there is no limit. I thought I had sent Sid an invitation . . . perhaps not. Anyway, I'd be happy to send him another one.

I did drop Cyrus a note early, early this morning and invited him to stop by the blog. If he doesn't post a comment here - which he is welcome to do, I'll drop him a line about the fact that Roberta is interested in knowing the details of having a @uible email address. Although, she already has a number of problems remembering the passwords with the two email addresses she already has.

As Roberta said to Sid this morning, Uible is more unusual than King.

Seeings how Uible means EVIL in German, she might want to stick more with KING....lol
