Hi! I can't pass up this opportunity to send you an "airmail" letter personal delivery. Hopefully Wendy will beat Roberta's delivery time.
I don't have to work until 5:00 today so Gerry and I will be off to a golf course in Scottsdale (McCormick Ranch) after we get Wendy on the plane.
Our summer reading program is off to a good start. We've signed up about 1600 the first 5 days. And about 175 have signed up for the Young Adult version. This is the first year we've offered a different version for YA's. They have to read longer (3 hrs. instead of 2½) for each coupon but for every 3 hours they get to put their name in for a drawing of other donated prizes -- movie passes, pizza, etc. With a grand prize of a mountain bike.
