Miss Roberta Uible weds H. Sidney King in Phoenix, Ariz.
Mr. and Mrs. Hayes Sidney King (Miss Roberta Uible) are residing at 3645 W. Vogel St., Phoenix, Ariz. following their marriage at the Bethany United Presbyterian Church, December 31.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Uible of New Vienna and the bridegroom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Olan King.
Officiating at the single ring ceremony was the Rev. Peter Eveland, formerly of Wilmington and now a minister at the First Christian Church of Phoenix. He was assisted by the Rev. John Robertson of the Bethany United Presbyterian Church.

The matron of honor was Mrs. Cecil J. Uible, grandmother of the bride, who resides in New Vienna and Lake Worth, Fla. Best persons for the bridegroom were Sara Lennox of Northampton, Mass. and Cynthia Park of London, England, both daughters of the bridegroom. Ushers were Gerry and Catherine Morgan, brother-on-law and sister of the bride, of Madras, Ore.; John and Carol Uible, brother and sister-in-law of the bride, of Newark; and William Horton, uncle of the bride of Lake Worth, Fla. Attending the guest book were Miss Serena Uible of Chicago, Ill., sister of the bride; and Miss Wendy Morgan of Madras, Ore., niece of the bride.
A reception was held at the church following the ceremony, where a buffet brunch was served. Numerous friends from the Phoenix area including those from Senior Village were invited to share in the joy of this special and happy event.
Mrs. King is supervisor of Senior Village, a Maricopa County pilot project for the self-sufficient elderly. She attended Olney School in Barnesville, was graduated from East Clinton High School and Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Fla. Her husband is a former agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and graduate of Fairbank (Iowa) High School and Cornell College, Mount Vernon, Iowa.
