Wednesday pm
Just got back from Wednesday night supper – Church – had tuna noodle casserole, green beans, salad & cookies & ice cream – Mary Va stayed for youth group. Marion is watching baseball – no – its basketball game.
Mom – your letter came today – also the nice letter from Carol –
I'll be enclosing a picture of the EXPRESS [a motor bike?] – ours are like the blue one – both on the front & inside the brochure. Now if it ever quits raining I'll be able to start saving $ on gas! Just yesterday Alma School opened up – then today – it got washed out again! More roads now are washed out than before – just before Christmas.
I have an interesting meeting coming up – Sat. pm – a lady I met through post office – she owns a travel agency – has bunches of tours – mostly older people coming up – most this summer – (she did not mention pay) – involved in conducting – but would get mine plus 1 paid for – I'll let you know how it goes –
