Doesn't seem possible it was a week ago tomorrow that you left – and of course now we are looking forward to Grandma's arrival!
I've got the handicapped room at Motel 6 reserved & have our plane tickets to Santa Fe.
What about the bike ride thru New Vienna – how many?
I'll enclose our Best Western letter – will let you know when we hear back –
Our latest monitors at Senior Village went well – only the Nurse held us back from getting 100%. We had a VERY HEAVY RAIN that day – over 2 inches total. RAIN came in every possible vent, etc.
Then Friday night – our Air Conditioner broke – fan motor went out – to about $200. We waited till Monday to get it fixed – FSAL will pay the bill – nice job benefit – huh?
Friday Sid got out the NARFE newsletter – so between that & the monitoring we were real busy! But now all that is behind & we look forward to Grandma's arrival!
We are already talking our 1st supper w/Grandma here – needless to say she won't go hungry here! And then of course Joe has great eating (& sightseeing plans) too! We will take her to Hunan Gardens - the Chinese Restaurant!
Grandma will especially like the RICE PUDDING in Santa Fe –
