Hong Kong Rickshaw postcard from HH & Jean to family, Aug. 29, 1972.
Tues. Aug. 29, 1972[written by Jean] Have seen these but no ride but tried about everything else. Really fascinating place. Went up to New Territories (as close as yo can get to border of Red China. Saw water buffalo – Daddy ate buffalo steak. Last night we had fried ice cream – delicious.
How is everyone – Thinking about school starting and the speech – Wish we could be there for that too. [written by HH] Saw a walled village & coolie hats. Part of our group are going on to Bangkok today – we leave here Thurs P.M. and get to Hawaii Thurs A.M. Love to all - Mother & Dad

someone was taking a speech class at the time? Maybe Roberta?
I have no clue about the speech or speech class, BUT, I notice my error in the date listed in the blog title, should be 1972, not 1982. Roberta was working at the donut place aka J&W Recreation that summer.
