Dear John,It was fun to receive your card yesterday morning & glad to know you are getting along so well. You would have a cold swim this morning I expect for the air is rather cool for a change.
Received a letter from Aunt Mary this morning & she said Uncle Bill is now home from the hospital & is getting along fine.
I made a little apple sauce yesterday & it tasted real good even though the apples are little & rather green.
You have a good News J. substitute but I miss my Jack boy for your Dad brings the Jack letters when convenient as he passes by.
Have a nice time & a lot of fun.
