No clue as to the date of this prayer, other than it followed a revival, but seems appropriate to post it in honor of Grandma's birthday, June 22, 1892.
Our Father who art in heaven –
We are thankful for the privilege of coming together this day to study thy word. Forgive us for our short comings which often keep us from fulfilling your/thy will.
We know we have a friend in who
m we can trust who is with us where ever we live or go. May the special services of last week renew within a longing for a new hope of fulfilling thy work among all people. Our Father help us to give encouragement to our pastor & teachers by helping in any way we can.
We ask for your guidance from day to day. – Amen.
