With simplicity and dignity the marriage of Miss Mary Uible, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Uible, of New Vienna, Ohio, to Mr. William A. Horton, son of Mrs. Joseph Horton and the late Mr. Horton, of Columbus and former residents, of East Springfield, Ohio, was solemnized Wednesday morning at 9:30 in the King Avenue Methodist Church.  Dr. Harold Lancaster performed the wedding ceremony in the presence of only the immediate families and a few intimate friends.

The bride was charming in a natural color suit with black and white accessories and a corsage of white carnations.

Immediately following, Mr. and Mrs. Horton departed on a short wedding trip.  Upon their return they will be at home at 230 East Kelso Road.

Mrs. Horton attended Ward Belmont, Nashville, Tenn., and received her AB degree at Ohio University and was affiliated with Phi Mu Sorority.  For the past year the bride has been employed at Ft. Hayes.

Mr. Horton attended Indiana University Extension Center in Indianapolis, Ind., and for several years was employed at Ft. Benjamin Harrison, Ind., at Headquarters of the Indiana-Kentucky District, CCC.  Mr. Horton is currently employed in the Corps Area Surgeon's Office, Ft. Hayes.
