Thursday 1990 - [Japan and China through 9/30]
Monday 1993 - [New England and Nova Scotia trip through 10/10/93]
Wednesday 1995 - [China trip with Roberta, etc. ends] Flew from SF to CVG [Cincinnati airport], luggage missed plane connections and we got to the Beechmont Red Roof at 1am. Parking for the 14 days was $45.
Friday 1996 - [Charleston SC] Went to the Visitors Center, what a crowd. Ran into the group of UMW from Wisconsin, took the 2 hour tour, all around the town and the Citadel. Got reservations at the Mills House, $69/night, Room 719. Enjoyed walking around town, up to the market area, Church Street, King Street as well as Meeting Street. Ate at Poogan's Porch, just across Queen street from our hotel. [Note] NYC Book Fair 9/27-29 on 5th Ave. & 53rd, 1 block East and West.
Saturday 1997 - Had Daniel [?] sale, house brought $73,000 with two acres. Jean went to Springfield to Fall Festival with Betty Stevenson.
Sunday 1998 - Surprise potluck for the Nusbaums to honor their 20 years of custodial service to NVUMC. A number of their relatives were there, but not their son. We called John and Julie. Plan to meet next Saturday in Columbus at Joseph Banks clothes. They are quite impressed with the adoption agency in Nashville. Dr. Hause not up to par as to walking either. Georgileah had sermonette on pumpkins. Started series on Hebrews 11th chapter at Church. Has message from Blaine Ballantyne so Jean called him. He had been to NC and the people who bought the Ballantyne house were interested in old pictures of how the house did look.
