10/17/67 –– Hi! –– What a day this has been. I love physics lab (I don't mean that sarcasticaly either.) It lasted for 4 hours this afternoon. For supper we had our first served meal. It was really different to sit down at the table and pass the food around in a half-way civilized manner! Evan asked me to homecoming, too! Now I really have to pour over those books as I have Art "quiz" tomorrow, math "exam" Thurs. and physics quiz on Friday! IF I live through the week. I can use 5 – 1¢ stamps, some 4¢ and some 5's.
