FOR 10 YEARS -- Harold Uible (seated) has served 10 years as government appeal agent for the local Selective Service Board and in appreciation the board presented a certificate to him. Here James Buckley, chairman of the board, hands the certificate to him. Uible is a New Vienna attorney. He functions for the board when a man appeals a classification given him by the board. The appeals agent carried the request to a higher authority. Uible was appointed by the President of the United Stated upon recommendation of the governor.
