1892 - Gladys Hiestand Uible birth announcement

You would think the Hillsboro paper could have given a few more lines to the birth of our grandmother, or at least gotten the date correct.  Perhaps in their defense, the information received wasn't accurate or lengthy.

Tile Junction, which is an unknown location in Highland County, probably in Hamer or Clay Township, was near the home of Gladys' maternal grandparents, Noah Fawley (1824-1914) and Sarah Wilkin Fawley (1828-1901).   Transcription of the eleven words below.

Gladys Hiestand Uible birth announcement from Hillsboro Ohio News-Herald June 30, 1892 in the "Tile Junction" social news column.  According to family records (and the Ohio Births Index) she was born on June 22, 1892.
