1964 MV's diet -Mar16

Mary Virginia makes her two week visit to the doctor where she gets a "recipe" for formula, consisting of:

1. 8 ounces of water
2. 1T-1tsp Karo dissolved in the water 
3. 2 16 ounce cans of Carnation Evaporated Milk
4. divide into 6 bottles of 3 ounces each
5. Feed when hungry

No special instructions were listed on the reverse side which is blank.  The hospital bill is dated March 4, most likely the day Jean and Mary were released from the hospital, a five day stay; less than her siblings who spent a week in the hospital.  The billed amount: $121.40.  Ms. (or Mr.) Danford got the spelling of Dad's name incorrect.
