Thursday 1996 - School Board awards contract for new New Vienna [Elementary] school building at 4MM [million].

from Dad: Interesting facts about leap year, such as one notable who was born and died on the 2/29. Teddy R. ans I were born on 10/27. Yes, glad to say that I am feeling better than3 years ago when I was in the SCW hospital at this time.
Recall that the Harry Allens in NV bought and sold their house in NV on the same day but 50 years apart..
